# Support

> How to reach the Appstack team: email for most questions, a live call for setup and strategy.

Appstack support is reachable two ways: by email, or on a live call.

## Email

Write to [support@appstack.tech](mailto:support@appstack.tech). This is the right channel for most questions:

* Factual questions with a documented answer.
* Troubleshooting where the cause can be diagnosed from what you send.
* Anything product or how-to related.

To get a faster answer, include your app name or ID, the platform (iOS or Android), the SDK version, and any screenshots, logs or event names that show the problem.

## Book a call

A call is worth it when live back-and-forth saves time over messages:

* You have several interdependent settings to sort out together, such as a full ad campaign setup.
* The right answer depends on live data and would change the recommendation, such as when to switch optimization events.
* It is a strategy question that is faster to iterate on live.
